How we help, step by step
No paperwork mountains. Just people, a clear plan, and updates everyone can follow.

Someone notices
A volunteer or ambassador spots someone who needs help, or a person reaches out for themselves.

We take a careful look
Continental coordinators read every case and decide how XtraMiles can help.

We make a plan together
The solution, the timeframe, and what success will look like for the person we're helping.

The community teams up
Volunteers ask to join from wherever they are, on the ground or remotely. Coordinators pick the team and a case leader to guide it.

Everyone stays in the loop
The case leader shares regular updates, usually weekly, right on the case page.

We celebrate the result
The case leader shares a final report, so everyone can see what we achieved together.
We don't just fix it and leave.
Handouts run out. So when a problem might come back, the team sits down with the person or family and builds a simple plan together: a new skill, a routine, or a connection to local support. It's their plan, and their next step forward.

It started with a small community in 2011
Before we had a name, we were just a community in Côte d'Ivoire looking out for each other. We arranged schooling, free health checks and medical support, and hosted Christmas parties for local children.
Fifteen years later, XtraMiles opens that same idea to every country. We're the humanitarian pillar of Isengaard, run by the people, for the people.
