XtraCorps
Most cases are solved locally by our continental coordinators, ambassadors and volunteers. Some cannot be. When a life depends on bringing in the best possible hands, and fast, XtraCorps steps in.
Cases local hands can't solve
We also receive cases that are impossible to solve with local resources alone. Cases where, without the best possible hands, it may be a matter of days, hours or less before a person is no longer here with us.
Cases so severe that every case solved is its own miracle.
Who we're looking for
Joining XtraCorps takes an exceptional profile. You can quickly receive a case, set a plan and put the team in action, directing each person to where they fit best.
You act promptly
You receive a case, set a plan and get things moving without delay.
You lead a team under pressure
You work efficiently with others and direct the people needed, each in the role that fits them.
You find the right people, fast
You have strong contacts with specialists. When the right person isn't in your network yet, you know how to find them and reach out quickly.
You can bring in sponsors
When it's urgent, you can rally sponsors who provide care, transport, equipment or expertise directly.
Specialist teams
You don't need to be equipped for every situation. We set up specialist teams, so each member's strengths are used where they matter most.
